      !AFFIDAVIT:13 May 1893 Towns Co, GA Julian KELLY, 43 of Hiwassa, Towns Co, GA, "she, affiant, was personally well acuainted with Samuel PATTERSON, above named in his life time for 20 years. And affiant was likewise well acquanted with Jane PATTERSON who was the former wife of Samuel PATTERSON, decd. That the affiant was personally well acquainted with the said Jane PATTERSON for 15 years and that the said Jane PATTERSON died in the County of Cherokee, State of Georgia, on or about the 20th day of January 1867. That the affiant obtained the knowledge of said death by having been present at the time of the sickness and death of the said Jane PATTERSON and waited on her during her sickness until her said death.";
