Larry Jeffrey George, 36, of Athens, Ala., passed away Wednesday, July 1'7; 2002, in Limestone County. He was born November 23, 1965, in Andrews and was a former resident of Graham County. He was a 1984 graduate of Athens High School and a 1988 graduate of Auburn University. He received a master's degree in business in 1991 from Auburn. He. was a Nationwide Insurance agent in Huntsville. He was a member of the Phi' Gamma Delta fraternity and a member of the First Baptist Church in Athens. He also volunteered his. time as a little league baseball coach. He is survived by his parents, Larry Leo George and Lula Belle Morgan George of Athens, Ala.; his wife, Babs George of Athens, Ala.; two sons; Jared Jeffrey George_and Jacob Turner George both of Athens, Ala.; one brother Mark George of Athens, Ala., and one nephew, Jordan George of Athens, Ala.-July 25, 2002
