On 11 Jan 1791 William Watson and J. Halliman and William Coleman witnessed a deed from Charles Hobson of Bladen to Arthur Wingate of Brunswick County for land on the east side of Drowning Creek (Lumber River) on Fair Bluff. This is present day Columbus Co., NC just above the Horry Co., SC line. William Watson proved this deed in court in Aug 1798. (Bladen Co., NC Deed Book 7, page 117)
On 2 Aug 1795 William Watson made a deed to Arthur Wingate for a slave named Elcey. Meredith Watson and John Wanear witnessed. (Brunswick Co., NC Deed Book D, page 50).
On 31 Mar 1798 William Watson and Moses Coleman witnessed a deed from Benjamin Rawls of Georgetown Dist., SC to Amos Coleman for 50 acres on Porters Swamp. This is present day Columbus Co., NC (Bladen Co., NC Deed Book 7, page 62)
Meredith Watson was also associated with Benjamin Rawls.
On 20 Nov 1798 William Watson, Ann Watson (his wife), Elias Ard and John Hinnant witnessed a deed from John Ford to Scacebook Watson for land on Ashpole Swamp. (Marion Co., SC Deed Book C, page 10)
On 19 Feb 1799 William Watson of Georgetown Dist, SC, Liberty Co., SC deeded 170 acres to John Ford for ₤360. The land was on Little Pee Dee River including Boatlock Mill Dam. William signed as did his wife Ann. Witnesses were Benamin Harralson and John Newsom. (Marion Co., SC Deed Book A, page 112)

On 2 Jan 1800 William Watson, and Mary Watson (dont know who this is) witnessed a deed from James Barfield to Solomon Page for land on Cypress Branch. (Marion Co., SC Deed Book E, page 151)
On 10 & 11 Jul 1800 Samuel Garrel of Kingston County, Georgetown Dist., SC (now Horry Co., SC) deeded land to Samuel Lewis. He was described as the surviving heir of James Garrell. The deed was signed by Samuel Garrel, Willis Rawls, Harrison Watson, Daniel McQueen, Benjamin Garrel, Thomas Garral, Elizabeth Garral, John Garral. Witnesses were William Watson, Hardy Lewis and Josiah Lewis. (Marion Co., SC Deed Book A, page 168)

I found a widow Ann Watson on the 1820 census in Covington Co., MS (born before 1775) just two houses from Harrison Watson (c1775), Williams probable brother. Could this be Williams wife Ann? It certainly could be, but I cant prove it just yet.
